Returns & Exchanges

• Thirty days from delivery to start a return.
• The piece must be unworn, in its original box, with its certificate.
• Refunds are issued by the method you paid with, within five working days of the piece arriving back.
• Return shipping within Pakistan is on us for exchanges, and on you for refunds.

Write to hello@shalay.com with your order number and tell us what is wrong. We will send you a return label and instructions. Please do not post anything back before you have heard from us — an uninsured parcel that goes missing cannot be refunded.

Some pieces cannot be returned, because they were made for one person and cannot be sold to anyone else:

• Engraved pieces, unless the engraving is our error.
• Pieces made to a bespoke commission or a non-standard size.
• Earrings, once the hygiene seal has been broken.
• Pieces showing wear, alteration, or work by another jeweller.

A first resize within sixty days is complimentary — most rings can be adjusted by up to two sizes. Beyond that, or for a second resize, we will quote before doing any work. Full eternity bands and some set designs cannot be resized at all; we will always tell you before you order.

Tell us within forty-eight hours of delivery and send a photograph. We will collect the piece at our cost and replace, repair or refund it, whichever you prefer. This is separate from the thirty-day window and does not affect your other rights.

Every Shalay piece is guaranteed against manufacturing fault for twelve months. That covers workmanship — a failed solder, a stone lost from a sound setting. It does not cover accidental damage, ordinary wear, or a piece that has been altered elsewhere.
