Every Shalay order is insured for its full value, packed in the Shalay box, and requires a signature on delivery.
Delivery times
Pieces held in stock are dispatched within one to two working days. Anything made to order — most rings, and any piece being sized or engraved — is dispatched when it is finished, and we will tell you the expected date when you order.

Made-to-order pieces
Rings are cast to your size rather than resized from stock, which is why they take longer and why they fit properly. Allow around three weeks for a solitaire, and two for a plain or stacking band. Hand engraving adds a few days.
Insurance and signature
Every parcel is insured for its full value until it is signed for. Because of that, we cannot leave an order with a neighbour, in a safe place, or at an unattended address. If nobody is available, the courier will attempt delivery again and then hold the parcel for collection.
Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have an account, the same details appear under your order history.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Import duty and local taxes are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient — they are not included in the price you pay us, and we have no way to calculate them in advance.
